Our collars and leashes are designed to last and be used constantly. Please select the leash with the appropriate strength according to

choosing a collar for your pet, never putting one around their neck that is too tight or loose. Pets should always be supervised while using our products.

ARC & Co.’s goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with
your on-line shopping experience. We accept returns of unwashed unused &
unworn products in within 30 days after the date of purchase.

If product appears used, refund will not be issued.
Only unused regular items can be returned and exchanged. Sale items cannot be
refunded or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the
return is the result of an error made on our part we will cover the cost of
shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a product defect or shipping error.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging
for a full refund.
